Hiya everyone that’s here because of my recent invitation to preview my new site…..I’m not quite done with it but I’m getting there and I wanted to get feedback from some people who might be interested, as well as hear your suggestions or things you’d like to see.

Velly niiice! I have to adjust to the new studio version, as all I have heard has been the acoustic live clip…..but I like it much. I like the walking heartbeat feel to it and the extra support the fretless brings. I’m also really digging the extra vocal track on the chorus…adds a lot of texture. It’s a bitch to nail those. The player is great too…came through great on my end!

It IS a fretless, but it’s my newer Carvin of all things…..I must admit it’s my fave fretless by a long way….
I’m getting some keys and some mandolin on it, and I’m going to do some really cool little BG vox with some friends, I’ll post the changes up as they go…..it may even get a little “country” (whatever THAT is these days) towards the end…….

Awesome that so many people are liking this song, and also that I’m hearing from friends that I haven’t seen for awhile…….
I’ll have another version of this song up shortly because my buddy Cary Park (one-time Boy Howdy) played mandolin on it as well!

Yeh, my mother doesn’t care for that shot either, I dunno why, but it comes from this shot – that is part of a shoot I did recently….it doesn’t seem as “look deep into my eyes” when you see the original….
